Submission of Reports

The last date for submitting the reports on Dissertation, Project and Technical Seminar is extended to 26-12-2014.

The front contents should be printed on one side and the main contents (starting from introduction) should be printed on both the sides.

Ensure that each chapter starts on the odd page.

Please include the references that you have cited in the reports.

Fee Dues

Below are the fee dues for the 2nd year Civil Engg students. you shall not be allowed to register yourselves for the next term.

There is a slight change in the schedule of the presentation. The updated schedule is given below

Project/Dissertation:

• Date: 18-12-2014
• Time: 1.30 PM
• Venue: 205 (SET - II)

Guidelines for preparation of Project/Dissertation Report

The students are advised to go through the following guidelines and adhere to the format of the thesis given in the following links.

This will be applicable for the final report/thesis submitted after incorporating the suggestions/corrections made during the presentation.

The final thesis should be submitted before 24-12-2014.

Submission of report

All the reports should be printed on both sides.

Presentation on 18-12-2014

The presentation of Project and Dissertation will start at 9.30AM on 18-12-2014. All the students are required to be present for the presentation. All the students should load their Power Point presentation before the beginning of the session. No student will be allowed to prepare their PPT during the presentation.

Each student will have 7 minutes for presentation, followed by questions.

The presentation and viva voce for Technical Seminar will start at 1.30PM.

All student should submit three reports: One for Project, one for Dissertation - I and the other for technical seminar. The reports should be spiral bound.

Missing roll numbers for Language lab

Roll numbers from 130107074-130107117 were missing in the schedule posted earlier.

The end term practical for this slot has been scheduled from 9 AM to 11 PM on Saturday, the 20th Dec, 2014. Venue remains the same, as communicated earlier.
