Date & Time of the Test: Thursday 17th April 2014; 8:45am to 9:30am.
Syllabus: upto three units including plane stress & plain strain
Hint 1: Questions will be given from the Class Notes and also from the book "A FIRST COURSE IN THE FINITE ELEMENT METHOD 5E - DARYL LOGAN";
Hint 2: from the class notes and also upto 6th Chapter (page no. 377; 5th Edition);
Hint 3: Prepare only theory and derivations.

GUEST LECTURE ON

“ADVANCEMENT IN ROAD TECHNOLOGY”

This is to inform all the students that an interactive guest lecture by two well-known scientists of Centre for Road Research Institute, New Delhi is to be held on 15^th April 2014 from 9:30 am onwards in the SBS auditorium (audi 102). The topic of the lecture is “Advancement in Road Technology”. 

The lecture will be given by Mr. Ambrish Saurikhia, Senior Scientist, Road Research, CRRI, New Delhi, and Mr. Nasim Akhtar, Senior Scientist, Road Research, CRRI, New Delhi.

Students attending the lecture, shall be given the attendance of the classes coinciding with the lecture. One extra attendance shall also be given to the student who would attend the lecture for the entire duration of the programme.

April 12th is working

This is to inform you that the April 12,2014 will be working/ teaching day. 

The time table of Tuesday will be followed. 

The Saturday, April 19,2014 will be a Holiday instead.
